Sachse is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Sachse follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Easily a 5-star experience from start to finish. Everything about this place was on point. The quality of the fish was insanely fresh—clean, buttery, and melts in your mouth in the best way possible. Every bite just tasted like it was handled with care, and you can really tell they don’t cut corners here. The rolls were where things really stood out. Super unique, creative combinations, but still balanced and not trying too hard. Every roll had its own flavor profile that actually made you stop and appreciate it instead of just eating on autopilot. The environment was just as impressive as the food. Clean, modern, and super inviting without feeling stiff. The vibe is comfortable but still feels elevated—perfect for a date night, catching up with friends, or even just treating yourself. Service was also solid—friendly, attentive, and everything came out at a good pace. Overall, everything was dialed in: food, presentation, atmosphere, and service. Definitely coming back, no question.

The pho at this place is the best I have EVER had! The broth is perfection, and the meatballs are also so fresh. They didn't include sriracha or hoisin in the delivery, but I had that at home so no big deal- I mention it so you can add it in a note when ordering if you need it. There are less noodles than pho-only restaurants give you, but they always give too much. So for me, this is the perfect portion. We also got the Jalapeno Popper appetizer and it is also the best I've ever had. They make them a little differently, fully fried somehow so they are completely encapsulated. So much crab meat and cream cheese inside- just delicious. I haven't had a single thing here (this is my first delivery but third visit) that wasn't just amazing. I hope this place never changes a thing!

Food is always great, consistency like this is hard to find these days. We’ve tried the crispy tuna bites, pad kee mao, spicy tuna, salmon, yellowtail, Caesar roll, G roll, Toyoura roll (the best one, imho) and the carpaccio. Honestly, everything was a hit. The rice ratio on the rolls is perfect. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

The Roman roll was amazing! I will be coming back for that. I also enjoyed the Shrimp Tempura roll a lot; it was above average. The G-Roll and Spicy Yellowtail were also good, but I recommend the Roman and Shrimp Tempura rolls. Can’t wait to come back for more seared rolls, the Cowboy roll smelled really good too.

I went here for my birthday dinner with family and got: Royce roll (9/10) Flower roll (8.5/10) Roll 78 (7/10) Poke Bowl (8.5/10 I wish it was bigger) Crispy Chicken with Garlic Fried Rice (7/10) The fish was very fresh and the chicken was fried great, I wish the garlic fried rice was a tad saltier though. The service was great! My server, Athena, was so kind to us and recommended us the Royce and flower which were great. She even gave us free cheesecake for my birthday! The ambiance and decor is great too! I’m too shy to take pictures of the setting, so just trust me.
